EPi Gatekeeper Mobile

EPi Gatekeeper Mobile is an Android application that pairs with an RFID pistol used on site to scan vehicle tags. Each tag carries the data of one vehicle — brand, license plate, colour, parking spot number, owner and more — and the app lets the operator write to or edit any of those fields straight from the device.

From the same UI, the user can assign entry or exit statuses for every scanned tag and see how many cars are currently inside or outside the premise. A secondary table lists how many tags were detected on the last scan and which EPCs they belong to, and historical events are kept for later auditing. A dedicated tab handles pairing with the available RFID pistol(s). Written in Java for Android Studio.
